5. Revisions

Projects include unlimited rounds of revisions within the defined scope. Additional revisions may incur fees.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any shared information will remain secure and used solely for project purposes.

7. Warranty & Liability

We ensure deliverables function as agreed upon completion. However, we are not liable for third-party issues, server downtimes, or misuse.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Payments for completed work are non-refundable.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration before legal action is pursued.
